Italian Restaurant, Bar Opens In Milford

MILFORD, CT — Kaos Restaurant & Bar opened last month in Milford. The eatery will bring a "fresh and modern take on classic Italian cuisine," according to the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Kaos is located at 354 Woodmont Road. The menu includes handcrafted pizzas, steak, wings, house-made pastas, fresh salads, and a variety of other dishes.

"Kaos aims to provide an inviting space for families, friends, and food lovers to gather and enjoy both traditional favorites and innovative offerings," the chamber wrote.

A grand opening hosted by the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce will be held at Kaos on Friday, March 6, at 4 p.m.

"Our menu brings together American classics and Italian-style comfort dishes—done right, made fresh, and served without the fuss," according to the restaurant's website.
