Large Housing Project Could Be On The Way For Milford Site
A developer has purchased a property that has an existing approval for a housing project, according to a report.
MILFORD, CT — A Fairfield developer has bought a 42-acre piece of land in Milford that has an existing approval for a 160-unit housing complex, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.
The parcel, purchased for $1.5 million, is at Wolf Harbor and Wheeler Farms Road. AvalonBay received approval from the Inland Wetlands Commission to build 160 units on the site in 2015.
