Major Milford Office Property Sold Again In Receivership: Report
The buyer is looking to bring tenants to the property, which was previously sold two years ago.
MILFORD, CT — A major Milford office building has been sold again, this time for substantially less following a court-supervised receivership process, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
The 440 Wheelers Farm Road property sold for $2.35 million. The same building was purchased for $4.45 million in 2024.

The property has 176,420 square feet of space and was built in 1988.
The new owner is developer Robert Scinto, who plans to lease the property as office space.
