The light industrial condominium at 70 Raton Dr. in Milford was owned by Walid Cherfane, and was sold to Innovative, LLC., a Milford based company that provides heating, cooling, installation and services. Russell of the Milford Pearce Real Estate office represented the buyer and the seller.
