MILFORD, CT — Kassandra Frey, of Milford, recently graduated with two bachelors degrees from Southern Connecticut State University. A bachelors in education and a bachelors in interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in English and psychology.
She attended Joseph A. Foran High School and graduated Class of 2014.
