Routes, Streets Released For Milford Schools 'Parade Of Smiles'
The parade will consist of Teachers/Staff/Principals/Administrators with up to 60 cars per parade and will take place on Friday, June 12.

(Editor's Note: The parade was originally scheduled for Thursday, June 11 but has been changed to Friday, June 12.)
MILFORD, CT — The Milford Public School district and the Durham Bus Co. will kick off the PARADE OF SMILES on Friday, June 12 to congratulate all Milford students for the completion of the 2019-20 Academic Year.
Four routes have been designed.

The parade will consist of Teachers/Staff/Principals/Administrators with up to 60 cars per parade. Teachers are excited about this and have been decorating their cars in anticipation of Thursday’s event, officials said. A Durham School Bus will complete each entourage at the end of each route.
Mayor Ben Blake, Dr. Anna Cutaia (Supt. of Schools), and the Milford Police Dept. will be at the start of each parade (and participate in most, if not all of the 4 routes).

Route 1: Featuring teachers from JFK Elementary, Mathewson Elementary, and the Academy
Start time: 10:15 a.m.
Route 2: Featuring teachers from Orange Avenue Elementary, Harborside Middle, and Foran High School
Start time: 12:45 p.m.
Route 3: Featuring teachers from Meadowside Elementary, Pumpkin Delight Elementary, West Shore Middle, and Jonathan Law High School
Start time: 11:15 a.m.
Route 4: Featuring teachers from Calf Pen Meadow Elementary, Orchard Hills Elementary, Live Oaks Elementary, and East Shore Middle
