Court Rules Against $3M Request In Farber Civil Case Vs. Dulos

The civil case is one of three legal tracks that Fotis Dulos currently is fighting.

NEW CANAAN, CT — Gloria Farber's request to increase her civil lawsuit to $3 million from $2.5 million against estranged son-in-law Fotis Dulos was denied by a Hartford judge on Friday, reports the Connecticut Post.

Farber and her late husband provided millions of dollars worth of loans to Fotis Dulos over the years to help him with his luxury home building business.

But when his marriage to missing New Canaan mom Jennifer Farber Dulos crumbled more than two years ago, Farber claims he stopped repaying the loans. Despite Friday's denial of the increase, the case is still pending.
