Fotis Dulos' Attorney Files Court Brief To End Gag Order: Report
Attorney Norm Pattis officially filed a 40-page brief with the Connecticut Supreme Court in the case of missing mom Jennifer Farber Dulos.

NEW CANAAN, CT — Attorney Norm Pattis has filed a 40-page brief with the Connecticut Supreme Court arguing for an end to the gag order imposed by Superior Court Judge John Blawie in the case of missing New Canaan mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, reports NBC Connecticut.
Pattis states that the gag order prevents his client, Jennifer Dulos' estranged husband Fotis Dulos, from defending himself against speculation about the case. That speculation includes claims that his client may have killed Jennifer Dulos, but Fotis Dulos has not been charged with such a crime.
The state Supreme Court is scheduled to hear Pattis' motion on Dec. 9; prior to that date, the Chief State's Attorney's office will have an opportunity to rebut Pattis' brief, writes the Stamford Advocate.

Fotis Dulos and ex-girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, have been charged in connection with Jennifer Dulos' May 24 disappearance. Both have pleaded not guilty.
Blawie's order prohibited the parties and law enforcement from speaking about the case. As a result, the judge chastised Fotis Dulos over an interview the suspect gave to a Greek publication where he discussed his estranged wife's supposed mental state.
