Missing Mom Case: Michelle Troconis Briefly Appears In Court

Her hearing Monday in Stamford Superior Court was over in a hurry.

STAMFORD, CT — Michelle Troconis, the accused ex-girlfriend of Fotis Dulos in the disappearance of his estranged wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos, was in Stamford Superior Court for a hearing Monday that lasted all of about 20 seconds.

Her case on charges of tampering with evidence and hindering a prosecution was continued to Sept. 20 by Judge Bruce Hudock, and neither she nor her attorney, Andrew Bowman, commented after leaving court.

Both Troconis and Fotis Dulos are facing the same charges, accused of discarding bloody items in Hartford some of which tested positive for Jennifer Dulos' blood. Both Fotis Dulos and Troconis have pleaded not guilty; Fotis Dulos is due back in court on Sept. 13.
