New Canaan Town Council Member Christa Kenin Seeks Board Of Selectman Post
An attorney, Kenin is campaigning for the seat currently held by Nick Williams.
NEW CANAAN, CT -- Christa Kenin, an attorney and member of the New Canaan Town Council, announced her candidacy Thursday for the Board of Selectman, reports the New Canaan Advertiser.
She is seeking to unseat fellow Republican Nick Williams, who is running for re-election with incumbent First Selectman Rob Mallozzi III.
Among the issues Kenin considers her top priorities are making government more transparent, improving town commuter parking and creating a better, more comprehensive cell tower policy.
