Nowacki Reportedly Reconsiders New Canaan First Selectman Run

NEW CANAAN, CT — Michael Nowacki, who ran unsuccessfully as a petitioning candidate in 2015, has decided not to run for New Canaan's First Selectman post, reversing his earlier announcement that he would.
The New Canaan News reports that Nowacki, who has lived in town for two decades, is planning to move to California after he sells his home.
This fall's election will pit Republican Kevin Moynihan against Democrat Kit Devereaux.
