Man Attempts to Break Down Door
Police arrested a man who allegedly attempted to break down a door to a bedroom during a domestic incident.
Police responded to a New Norwalk Road residence on August 23 around 12:30 a.m.
There had been an argument between two occupants.
David Carberry, 46, allegedly grabbed the arm of a female victim and pushed her to the floor, according to police. He allegedly attempted to break down a door when the victim fled.
He was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and was released on a $5,000 bond.
