Commissioners will decide whether the change is minor enough for administrative approval, with staff recommending they agree since the use, design, and parking needs would remain essentially the same.
   

4. Warrant: Man, 49, Charged in Connection with More Than One Dozen Residential Burglaries in New Canaan (newcanaanite.com) — New Canaan police have charged a Brooklyn man in connection with more than a dozen residential burglaries across town, many involving second-floor break-ins and high-value jewelry thefts. Investigators used license plate readers, security video, cell data, and even shoe prints in the snow to link him and an alleged partner to hits on streets like Ponus Ridge, Ferris Hill, Rosebrook, and Weed.
