Firefighters, EMTs, and bystanders helped rescue the unconscious rider, who remains in critical, life-threatening condition at Yale New Haven Hospital as police accident investigators examine what happened.
3. State Sends $350K For Special Ed Programming, Feds Send $100K For Amistad Exhibit Upgrades (newhavenindependent.org) — New Haven Public Schools will receive $350,000 in new state funding to expand special education training and programs that keep more high‑needs students in‑district.
