A nice cold pasta dish that you can throw together ahead of time.Add some grilled meat or vegetable to it and it is the perfect summertime supper.

I have been trying to find recipes for meals that my family and I can eat during all this heat of the summer. I stumbled onto this one when a friend was asking about it. It is called Cold Spaghetti. I am giving you a recipe with some basic ingredients but you can add what you like to it.

-5 roma tomatoes, diced

-1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing

-2.25 ounce of  Italian dressing in the bottle

Directions:

Break pasta into four sections.

Cook pasta per package instructions until it is al dente. Drain, toss in bowl wit   1 teaspoon of olive oil and set aside.

Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.

Add Noodles.

Mix, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Try to experiment with other vegetables. The longer is sits in the fridge, the better it tastes.

This recipe serves 12.

Enjoy!
