RN Wednesday -- Kristie Fess

Today isn't just the first day of Spring, it's also RN Wednesday.

Meet Kristie Fess, a nurse at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital for more than six year. Today, she works in our Critical Care Unit.

Kristie takes great pride in caring for and comforting patients and their families during difficult times.

“I want to be there for them,” she says. “Being a nurse gives me joy. I feel it’s what I was meant to be.”
