In honor of Nurses Week, we’re expanding our popular ‘RN Wednesday’ to run all week. So, to kick it off, for RN Monday, let’s meet Adrian Valencia. He has worked on L+M’s Unit 4.1 for nearly two years, and he finds the job both challenging and rewarding. “Each day I get the double satisfaction of improving my skills as a healthcare provider but also doing something good for my patients,” he said. “At a community hospital like L+M, some of my patients are actually my neighbors. If I can give them the best care, then I feel happy at the end of the day.”
