Conn. College May Music Events Open To Public

always has a lot going on--but in May, it's all about the music!

The college has announced its on its website, and all shows are open to the public.

Here's some for you to attend, as listed on Conn College's website:

• May 4 - "Jazz in the Courtyard" - 4 p.m., Castle Court, Cummings Arts Center. Free. Rain location - Evans Hall, Cummings Arts Center.
• May 6 - "A Night at the Pops! - Connecticut College Concert Band" - 7 p.m., Evans Hall, Cummings Arts Center. General admission is $5, students and seniors are $3.
• May 7 - "Connecticut College New Music and Percussion Ensemble in Concert" - 7 p.m., Evans Hall, Cummings Arts Center. General admission is $5, students and seniors are $3.
• May 8 - "Charles Shackford Memorial Student Composers Concert" - 6:30 p.m., Evans Hall, Cummings Arts Center.
