Mary Vallas Posner will read from her book of poetry Basil, Mountain Laurel and Jazz, along with newer work. Paintings by her late husband, jazz musician and artist, Louis Posner, will be on display in the gallery. The soundtrack for the evening will be recorded jazz classics.
