The 2nd Annual Best Backyard BBQ Chef Competition where backyard barbeque and grilling enthusiasts throughout the country will compete for top recognition in the State.
It is an honor to host the state championship which it qualifies the winner to compete in the American Royal Barbecue in Kansas City in October 2012. The winner will compete against every other state champion in the United States and abroad. The winner will also be entered into a lottery drawing for the Jack Daniel's World Championship of 2012, held in Lynchburg, Tennessee to compete among other state champions as well as competitors from Germany, Australia, Canada, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Great Britain and New Zealand.
