For this RN Wednesday, meet Chris Comfort. Since first volunteering at L+M during high school, Chris has never stopped learning and advancing.
He joined L+M as a therapy aide after high school, but later earned both his associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing. In 2008, Chris won a prestigious Nightingale Award for his outstanding patient care on Unit. 5.2, and he’s almost finished with a Master’s degree in Nursing Education.
“I’m very passionate about nursing and excited about where the profession is headed,” he says.
