On this RN Wednesday, we’d like you to meet Sarah Noel, who started at L+M in 2007. Sarah is the ED’s Clinical Educator, helping with the orientation of new staff in New London and at the Pequot Health Center’s ED in Groton. "I love the nursing profession because it is a constant challenge, keeping up with current practice and finding creative ways to provide care to our patients,” she said. “And, as an educator, I get to help our staff with those challenges, too."
