On a bright and sunny winter day
All the colors of the rainbow were washed away
In the black and white we came together in dismay
Hand in hand and in our hearts we prayed
And as the whole world bowed to wonder why
How helpless we all felt inside
As we wiped the tears from each others eyes
… Even the angels cried
Heroes but not the kind that fly
A special kind that protect young & innocent lives
Twenty bright stars will now forever shine
Six more angels are now here to guide

Heaven wrap our children in your heart
