Hoaxer Accused of Threatening Sandy Hook Parent a No-Show in Court: Report
There is now a warrant out for the woman's arrest.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — The woman accused of making a death threat against a Sandy Hook parent failed to show up in court Wednesday for a change of plea hearing, reports the Connecticut Post.
The lawyer for Lucy Richards, 57, told U.S. District Court Judge James Cohn that she was refusing to come to court for a scheduled change of plea hearing. Richards was expected to enter a guilty plea, and Cohn issued a warrant for Richards' arrest.
Cohn also said that she would be held without bond once in custody.

Lucy Richards, 57, is accused of sending death threats to Lenny Pozner, the father of 6-year-old Noah Pozner who was killed on 12/14. Richards allegedly sent the threats to Lenny Pozner, who now lives in Florida, because she thought the shooting was a hoax.
