Learn to Pole Dance

Curious about pole dancing? This class is for you. You will discover pole dancing’s amazing fitness benefits in a safe step-by-step manner. This class teaches body strengthening, toning, sensual movement, flexibility, and basic pole tricks while building confidence. It does not matter what your size or fitness level, this class is for you!

We provide a private, non-judgmental environment so everyone feels comfortable in their own skin. The instructor will patiently walk you through every movement. No one will be left to feel intimidated. Students may stay in this class until they feel comfortable to move on and then are welcome to progress to any our Beginner or open level pole classes.

Requirement: Shorts to expose the skin on your legs, and short sleeves/tank top/sports bra to expose the skin on the arms.  Bare feet are appropriate.
