TAI CHI / QIGONG AT FODOR FARM

Bill Wrenn will be leading a Qigong (Chi Kung) exercise class at Fodor Farm on Saturday, August 6 at 328 Flax Hill Road in Norwalk.  The event is free and open to the public. Practiced by millions of people in China, the US and around the world, Qigong includes gentle dance-like movements, meditation, deep breathing and self massage. Experts describe Qigong as “energy cultivation,” and “harmonizing with nature.”  So it is fitting that the group will be doing Qigong outdoors next to the community gardens at Fodor Farm. Wrenn currently leads weekly Qigong and Tai Chi classes at the Norwalk Senior Center, Waveny Care Center and Pymander, 37 Wall Street, Norwalk.  For more information and a schedule of classes, visit his website:www.MovingHarmony.com.
