Yoga for Seniors

 offers Yoga at 9 a.m. Tuesdays (current session ends Dec. 21). New students are encouraged to explore this pleasurable and relaxing form of exercise. Instructor Denise O'Hearn teaches the basics of Kripalau-based Hatha Yoga in a gentle class.

Bring a light blanket and a mat to the class. The class fee is based on the number of students participating.
