Owner of Norwalk Day Care Where Girl Died Gives Up License: Report
A lawyer for Christine Limone, daughter of Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling, and the state reportedly reached an agreement.

NORWALK, CT — Christine Limone, the owner of Norwalk-based Family Child Care Home where four-month-old Corinne Nicole Magda died last month, has voluntarily given up her state license, reports The Hour.
Limone's day care license had been suspended by the state Office of Early Childhood following the child's death, and by surrendering the license she avoids a hearing and can re-apply for it in the future, her attorney, Frank J. Riccio, told The Hour. Limone is the daughter of Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling, and she was first licensed by the state in 2002.
Though an autopsy has been performed on the child by the state medical examiner's office, the results have not yet been released because additional tests must be performed, according to a spokesperson.
