Silver Alert Issued For Missing Shelton Man

SHELTON, CT — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing man. Seweryn Lipinski, 43, was declared missing Sunday. He is 5'07", 180 lbs., and has grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, shorts, blue shoes, and riding a white Trex bicycle.
