Center for Healthy Aging's Lunch and Learn Promotes Healthy Eating Habits

The Center for Healthy Aging will host a lunch and learn on healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle changes.

Healthy eating habits, physical activity and lifestyle changes can result in sustainable weight loss and improved health and happiness. Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is sponsoring a free Lunch & Learn on this topic on Thursday, Aug. 18, from noon to 1 p.m. Robert Schmelzer, exercise physiologist, will lead this program at Hospital of Central Connecticut, Bradley Memorial campus, 81 Meriden Ave. Complimentary lunch will be served.
