Do You Have a Young Artist Looking for a Great Place to Create? Summer at CT Art School is The Place to Be!
Summer days are filled with imagination, creating art, and fun!!! We’re not afraid of getting messy, taking out all the art supplies, and letting our creative side go wild. It doesn't matter to us if it's blazing hot and humid outside or if the skies are opening up and it's pouring down rain. To us summer is the best - we spend our days surrounded by amazing children, young teens, and high school students all making art, learning new techniques, meeting friends, laughing, expressing themselves, and solving problems.
Art and imagination have the ability to take you on adventures – join us at Shark Week, 4 Days of Drawing/Cartooning, The Best of CT Art School, Amazing Apps, and Livin’ the Island Life.
CT Art School has been offering summer themed sessions for the past 12 years. Each session includes a combination of drawing, painting, and extraordinary crafts – you won’t be gluing precut pieces together here. In Shark Week you’ll be turning a glass container into an open shark mouth complete with big white teeth. In Amazing Apps you’ll be crafting a Minecraft torch and making Candy Crush magnets. We’ll use Copic markers, acrylic paints, chalk and oil pastels, and liquid watercolors. You’ll be amazed at how much you’ll accomplish in four days.
