South Windsor Police Charge Woman for Harassing Texts
The woman allegedly sent the texts to another woman in violation of a protective order and restraining order.

South Windsor Police have arrested a Newington woman for allegedly sending harassing text messages to a woman in violation of a protective order and a restraining order.
Nicole Dibattista, 32, of 158 Old Farm Road in Newington, was arrested on a warrant Feb. 6 and charged with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order.
Police said the charges stem from a December 2014 complaint that she had sent harassing text messages to the woman.

Dibattista was later released on a $50,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Monday, Feb. 9.
