Stamford assistant librarian honored for saving coworker who suffered cardiac arrest (abc7ny.com) — A Stamford assistant librarian is being honored after using CPR and a defibrillator to help save a coworker who went into cardiac arrest at the Harry Bennett Branch last month. The colleague, still recovering from a Lyme-related heart issue, joined a ceremony at Stamford Police Headquarters where staff and community members praised the quick response and training that made the rescue possible.
