Rackover Indicted by Grand Jury in Comunale Homicide Case
James Rackover claims he is innocent and knows nothing about the homicide.

STAMFORD, CT—James Rackover, 25, was indicted by a grand jury in Manhattan in connection with the homicide of Stamford native Jose Comunale, 26.
Rackover has been charged with concealing a human corpse, tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution, according to the Stamford Advocate. Charges of second-degree murder have been dropped for now until investigators come to a determination about who used a knife to stab Comunale to death.
Rackover claims he is innocent and knows nothing about Comunale's death. He does admit he was in his apartment, according to the New York Daily News.

Other suspect Lawrence Dillione, 28, will return to court for a bail-related hearing. He previously waived a court appearance.
