Annual Spring Fair at the Mystic & Noank Library

The Friends of the Mystic & Noank Library will hold the Annual Spring Fair on Sat. June 1, rain or shine from 9:30 - 2:30 at the Library , 40 Library St. Mystic CT. This event, our biggest fundraiser of the year, features something for everyone, including plants from the Mystic Garden Club, White Elephant for kids and adults, Franklin's Fudge, an enormous book sale both inside and outside of the library, activities for children including face painting and an I Spy game, a baked goods table and a food booth featuring soup from the Mystic Soup Co. and hot dogs. Music will be provided by Rock of Ages from 11:30 - 12:30.
The
day will also feature the closing of the Silent Auction which opened on
May 6 and runs through 2 pm on Sat. June 1. There are over one hundred items and gift certificates, generously donated by local businesses and friends with something for everyone; check it out early and be sure to be there for the final bids at 2 pm on Fair Day. All proceeds from the Fair and Silent Auction will be used by the Friends to support the Library throughout the year.
