Firefighters Battle North Stonington House Fire
The Wednesday night blaze has temporarily displaced a family of four.

North Stonington firefighters battled a chimney fire in a home on Norwich-Westerly Road Wednesday night, which resulted in the temporary displacement of a family of four.
No injuries were reported, according to The Day, but the home was damaged.
“The Red Cross provided assistance to meet the family’s immediate needs,” the organization said in a statement. “Responders included: Jane Lionelli, Frank Lionelli, Ryan Avery and Cristie Scarpellini.”
