NEW Owner of Precision Fitness

Derek worked out of Advantage Personal Training in Old Mystic before moving on to being the head trainer at the Westerly Hospital Physical Therapy and Sports Performance Center. He then went on to manage Westerly Fitness before coming to Precision Fitness. He has tons of experience and will be a wonderful resource for all.

Other exciting news coupled with Derek taking over at Precision is all our members will be rewarded with a brand NEW Facility! Build out of 39 High Street, Weserly is expected to be competed by November 1st!
