PADDLE BOARD YOGA CLASS (ALL LEVELS)

Yoga on a stand up paddleboard (SUP) is one of the fastest growing water activities in the USA.  Yoga and SUP create a unique space where the student can participate in a fun workout in the beauty of nature.  This is a Vinyasa Flow based practice that focuses on building strength, flexibility and inner calm through postures, meditation and breathing techniques.  Whether you are on vacation or a local resident, this is an exciting way to experience yoga on the Mystic River near downtown Mystic, CT.  Our top priorities are to have a safe and fun time on the water.  We invite everyone who can swim to come out and play, no matter what your experience level with yoga.   The classes are structured to be fun and energetic, but also relaxing to create a calmer, stronger and happier you.  We look forward to having you in class, Namaste.
