• Stonington Technology Park master plan approved (theday.com) — Stonington officials have narrowly approved a master plan change that clears the way for READCO's proposed Stonington Technology Park off Route 2 near I‑95, Stop & Shop, and Stonington Village apartments. The project envisions two four-story office buildings and a large research facility, with detailed site plans and traffic, water, and groundwater protections to be reviewed at a Sept. 15 public hearing in Mystic.
   

• CT Chefs Dinner To Benefit the Hospitality Advocacy Fund Supporting The Culinary Industry — CT Bites (ctbites.com) — Stone Acres Farm in Stonington will host a high-end CT Chefs Dinner on September 9 to benefit the Hospitality Advocacy Fund, which supports restaurants and hotels through statewide advocacy. Guests can enjoy a cocktail reception and tasting tour from top chefs, with ticket options for singles, couples, and plus-ones, and an option to turn the evening into a Mystic overnight stay.
