As part of the Village Fair fundraiser, the Stonington Community Center (COMO) will be selling Portuguese Sweet Bread. Loaves are available for preorder at the COMO Main Building at 28 Cutler Street, Stonington CT and at the COMO Thrift Shop located at 45 Cutler Street. Medium loaves cost six dollars each and large loaves are eight dollars each. This traditional bread will be supplied by Lou’s Bakery of Fall River, MA and will be available for pick up at the 61st Annual Stonington Village Fair on Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 on the Village Green at 20 High Street, Stonington Borough, CT. If you are unable to pick up your bread that day, it will be available the next day at the COMO. Please be aware, payment is required at the time of the order to ensure reserved sweet bread. All proceeds benefit the Stonington Community Center and youth programs
