Stonington Man Charged with Same Offense Three Times in Four Days: Police

He had recently violated a no-contact order for the third time in days.

STONINGTON, CT – Police said a local man was charged three times for the same offense in four days, the Westerly Sun reported.

Michael Ryan, 65, is charged with violating a no-contact order on Thursday and Friday, as well as Tuesday, Aug. 2, according to the Westerly Sun. He was held by police Friday afternoon in lieu of bond and was expected to appear in court on Monday.

Police allegedly found Ryan in the home he was not allowed in when responders were called there for a separate medical emergency, the Westerly Sun reported. It is unclear whether Ryan is involved in the medical emergency or call.
