• Fazio's Plan: Tax Cuts for Connecticut Families Under Fire (theinnercitynews.com) — A statewide tax-cut plan was rolled out right in Stratford Center, where GOP gubernatorial candidate Ryan Fazio promised average families about $2,500 in savings through income tax cuts and other changes. Stratford Town Council Chair Anthony Afriyie pushed back, warning the proposal could slash funding for childcare and other programs local families rely on.
