The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

Taxes: I will continue to work with our Mayor to find more opportunities for shared services that will bring down Town operations costs further. We have lowered taxes two consecutive years thus far while still maintaining the level of services we all want as a community.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

In all fairness, I cannot speak of my opponents differences as I know absolutely nothing about her - only thing I know is a name. As for me, District 2 knows what they have in me. An honest, open minded individual that represents all, who does not talk about doing something instead rolls up his sleeves, gets his hands dirty and leads by example.

List other issues that define your campaign platform:

Listen
Responsiveness
Less talk, more action

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

The last two years of sound, productive, no games representation

The best advice ever shared with me was ...

"You will be a great Councilman if you just be Ron Tichy the person"

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

The last two years great things have happened for the 2nd District, LongbrookPark has never looked better, roads and sidewalks are being addressed around the district, taxes lowered two consecutive years just to name a few. I have worked tirelessly for you building working relations based on respect and trust with government and departments that the district has not had in a very long time. Tichy brings exactly what District 2 needs to the table!
