Stratford Man Charged With Murder In Fourth Of July Shooting
Charles Bonilla faces several charges in the case.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Stratford man is charged with a fatal Fourth of July shooting and has been held in lieu of $2 million bond, according to the Connecticut Post. Charles "Ant" Bonilla was charged Thursday with the murder of Richard McDonald, 22, as well as several other gun crimes, the Post reported.
McDonald was shot a single time in the head at the Greene Homes housing project in Bridgeport, according to the Post. In the months since the shooting, Bonilla, 20, has been arrested in connection with other gun and drug offenses, the Post reported.
