Two developers who responded to the Town's Request for Proposals for the Center School Redevelopment Project presented their ideas on Tuesday, August 31st in of Town Hall Council Chambers, 2725 Main Street. The presentations took place at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Both proposals were filmed for public viewing. The videos will be available on the town's website soon.

Two of the four developers who responded to the Town's Request for Proposals for the Center School Redevelopment Project (RFP #2022-1) have been invited back for second interviews.
At this time, the two developers will present modified versions of their original proposals, incorporating the requests of the Center School Property Selection Committee.
The presentations will take place in Town Hall Council Chambers on Tuesday, August 31st. Romano Brothers Builders will present at 9:00 a.m. and Spirit Investment Partners/Kaali-Nagy Properties will present at 10:30 a.m.
The presentations will be videotaped and posted to the Town website.

Stratford Center Transit Oriented Development Project
The Town received four submissions in response to RFP #2022-01 (Request for Proposals) pertaining to the Stratford Center Transit Oriented Development Project. All four proposals were presented on Monday, July 19th and were filmed for public viewing. You can view the videos by clicking the associated links below.
The Center School Property Selection Committee will select two of the four proposals and will ask those developers to return with modifications to their original submissions based on previously-gathered community feedback. Dates for these second interviews will be announced to the public.
