The Suffield Wildcats were victorious Wednesday night, beating the Somers Spartans 3-0 in North Central Connecticut Conference action. Suffield grabbed the win with a goal each from Toshua Sotil, Isabello Isotti and Katie Mahoney. Both goalkeepers, Wildcat Dana Manness and Spartan Jenna Jablonski, turned back four shots. Somers (1-1, 0-1 NCCC) looks to take its record above .500 when the Granby Bears head east to play the Spartans on Tuesday, Sept. 20. Suffield (1-0, 1-0 NCCC) crosses the bridge to Enfield on Sept. 20 to take on the Raiders.
