Kitsy the Cat Found on Niantic's Pennsylvania Avenue

This cat was found on Pennsylvania Ave. in Niantic. The person who found her said she was wearing a collar with a rabies tag from 4 years ago.

The owner information came back to a Joyce Lippincot, who unfortunately has passed away. She is unsure if the cat is being cared for by someone now in town or if she has been out on her own.
