Sept. 3

ASHFORD, CT — Paul Young, 34, of Ashford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, fourth-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault, according to a report. It was part of a domestic incident on Varga Road, according to a report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Qiong Liu, 47, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation at 7:21 p.m., a report indicates. She was invloved in a crash on Route 89, according to a report.

Sept. 4

UNION, CT — Elisa Moore, 53, of Union, was charged with violating a protective order, state police said. She showed up at a protected home on Old Barrows Road at 8:30 p.m., according to a report.

VERNON, CT — Brad Harris, 40, of New Britain and Jonathan McEwen, 30 of Vernon were charged with possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 6:40 p.m. The were initially stopped for erratic driving on Interstate-84 eastbound for errartic driving, state police said.
