Troop C Arrests: The Latest State Police Incidents

Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Nov. 29

SOMERS, CT — Joseph Barone, 70, Vernon, was charged with violating a protective order after an altercation on Four Bridges Road in Somers, according to a report. Four victims — ages 8, 12, 44 and 40 were listed in a report as the victims.

Nov. 30

STAFFORD, CT — Richard Andreoli, 46, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault, according to a report.

WILLINGTON, CT — Mary Ellen Wildman, 68, of Weatogue, was charged with driving under the influence, and a lane violation after a traffic stop on Interstate-84 westbound, according to a report. She was pulled over at 6:17 p.m.

Dec. 1

ELLINGTON, CT — Emily Anne Midford, 34, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct, according to a report. She was involved with a disturbance on Elm Street, according to a report.

ELLINGTON, CT — Troy Artis, 48, of Ellington, was charged with operating an unregistered vehicle, operating while under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to obey a stop sign, criminal impersonation and interfering after a traffic stop at 9:18 a.m. on Pinney Street, according to a report.
