John Roman, a 62-year-old man who went missing Tuesday, was found safe in Farmington Thursday morning, according to the Vernon Police Department. A silver alert went out after Roman went missing from a group home in the Rockville area. <a href="http://www.courant.com/community/vernon/hc-vernon-missing-person-0821-20140820,0,1594599.story" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Hartford Courant</a> reported he had been seen around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday before he left the Massick Memorial Home on Davis Avenue. The silver alert was cancelled after Roman was found.
